The purpose of this work was to evaluate the impact of the new generation immunostimulating biological product Bovistim-K on the hematological parameters of nonspecific resistance of the body of cows during the dry and new calving periods in dynamics. The results of the study showed that throughout the entire study period, the difference in the number of erythrocytes and hemoglobin concentration in the blood of cows of the control and experimental groups was statically significant and amounted to 0.92-1.03 x 1012 / l and 4.95-5.84 g / l, in favor of the animals of the experimental group. At all periods of the study, the number of eosinophils and lymphocytes in the blood of cows in the experimental group was higher than in the control group, and 15-10 days before the expected calving and 15-20 days after calving, the difference was statistically significant: 1.4 and 1.8 % eosinophils and 4.1 and 2.6 % for lymphocytes. Active dynamics were also traced in the content of total protein, starting from 35-30 days before calving and until the end of the study (15-20 days of new calving), the difference was statistically significant: 35-30 days before calving - by 1.37 g/l, after 15-10 days before calving - by 1.82 g/l, and 15-20 days after calving - by 1.96 g/l. At the same time, a wave-like change in the indicator was observed in the blood of animals in the control group, while in animals in the experimental group a rapid increase was noted in the dry period and a decline in the fresh period. The amount of albumin and globulin also prevailed in the animals of the experimental group: by 0.5 - 2.0 % and by 1.7 - 3.0 %. The results obtained make it possible to substantiate the feasibility of using a biological product in animal husbandry as an effective way to increase the resistance of cows, which can significantly improve their health and reduce the risk of disease.
