Activization of self-perfection of cadets for the development of professional competence of military conductors

The scientific article reveals the organization of independent work of future military conductors. Independent work is presented as a managed process aimed at revealing the creative potential of future leaders of military musical groups. Special exercises are described, the implementation of which improves the conductor's apparatus.
