To analyze the activity of immunoinflammatory process in the blood serum and amniotic fluid of pregnant women with the risk of intrauterine infection of fetus, we examined 50 women with the diagnosis of the high risk of intrauterine infection of the fetus and 20 - with physiological pregnancy. It was found that patients with high risk of intrauterine infection of the fetus have significantly higher concentrations in blood serum and amniotic fluid IL 1, IL 4 and IgA. Also high levels of lactoferrin were found in the serum on the background of its decrease in amniotic fluid. Thus, the risk of intrauterine infection is accompanied by activation of immunoinflammatory process on the systemic and local levels. To assess the activity of the pathological process, we propose definition of the concentrations of lactoferrin and IgA in serum and amniotic fluid, which is available for healthcare.
