The readiness of future managers for team interaction is one of the significant universal competencies that they must master during their studies at a university. Its importance is mediated by the fact that often complex management tasks that managers have to solve go beyond their basic knowledge. At the same time, the synergy effect that occurs when members of one team combines their efforts allows us to solve non-standard problems in the shortest possible time. It is also worth noting that team interaction is a dynamic process for which not all participants may be ready. In this regard, active learning methods become relevant. They will make it possible to bring the learning environment as close as possible to the intense nature of interpersonal interactions that await future managers at their main place of work. Thus, the purpose of the study is to clarify the role of active learning methods in shaping the readiness of future managers for team interaction. The methodology of scientific work is based on the ideas of cooperation pedagogy. It is also proposed to adhere to the ideas of V.A. Sukhomlinsky and A.S. Makarenko regarding the rules for organizing effective collective activity. The leading research methods were: literature analysis, participant observation, pedagogical experiment and testing. Based on taking into account the successfully proven research methodology and the use of productive methods, we obtained the following results: 1) active learning methods play a leading role in shaping the readiness of future managers for team interaction; 2) the most promising methods are the following: analysis of specific situations, methods of collective discussion of educational problems, solving educational problems based on complex examples of management practice and a business game. The prospect of further research is to study the didactic capabilities of other active teaching methods in the formation of the studied type of readiness of future managers.
