Actualization of the main approaches to solving the issue of the possibility of developing creativity

The article examines the current approaches to the study of creativity presented in modern science and philosophy. Today, it is recognized as a necessary condition for all types of activity, and the ratio of routine and creative components in the creation of any product is shifting towards the latter. In modern society, the need for creative people is revealed, and the service market offers various options for developing creative abilities and teaching the skills of unconventional thinking. In science, the concepts of creative work and creativity are differentiated. The first is taken to mean a special kind of activity, and the second represents the ability of the subject to implement it. Creativity can be reduced to the presence of certain intellectual abilities in a person, such as fluency and originality of thinking. This suggests that it may be susceptible to training. In addition, the article presents the results of psychological and biological research presented in science, which substantiate the inconsistency of the statement about the possibility of developing creative abilities. All this underlines the debatable nature of the question under study.
