Actualization the responsibility of the state in the protection of confidants

The article analyzes gaps in the current legislation and the consequences of their impact on the effectiveness of operational-investigative recruiting of subjects of the internal affairs bodies. The conclusions of the study give possibilities to work out additional measures for increasing the attractiveness and prestige of confidential assistance (cooperation) of citizens to bodies, carrying out operational-search activity.
