Mainstreaming of the issue of non-native speech competence development in young Russian scientists for purposes of participation in international scientific events

The paper brings into the foreground the problem of non-native speech competence development in young Russian scientists for purposes of their participation in international scientific events. We revealed a series of challenges in the context of the investigated issue. We defined potential novel techniques for methodological support of the competence development process to be applied within postgraduate training and continuous professional education of young scientists.
