The current significance of young teachers adaptation problem

The paper considers young professionals adaptation issues. The significance of the study is determined by the latest conditions for a teacher personality development in the conditions of the implementation of reforms of school and higher education. Adaptation of a pedagogical institution graduate in the teaching profession is considered a very stressful moment in the career of a teacher, which is the basis for the formation of professional qualities of a young teacher as an experienced teacher. This stage defines whether a young teacher would give quality education to children and how long he\she would be able to work without burning out from tension, enjoying the activity. The task of the study is to identify issues in the work of young teachers that they face during the period of professional adaptation. The necessity of organizing the teachers-mentors work with young specialists is considered. Mentoring concept in an educational institution has been defined.
