The relevance of the institute of funded pension at the present time

This article examines the history of the emergence of the institution of a funded pension, the conditions for its occurrence at the present time. The risks of transferring accumulative funds from the Pension and Social Insurance Fund of the Russian Federation to a Non-State pension Fund, the reasons for imposing a moratorium on the accumulative component are considered, the question of preserving this institution is also raised and further ways of its development are analyzed.
