Current aspects of legal regulation of local government in the Kyrgyz Republic

Local self-government in Kyrgyzstan has a long history. It existed in distinctive national forms long before the formation of the modern Kyrgyz state within its current borders. On the question of interest to us, the epic describes the forms of people's democracy, including such aspects of governance as the procedure for making general decisions, which were carried out by voting; tells about the advice of aksakals, elections of leaders, etc. Local self-government in the republic functions on the basis of a whole system of normative legal acts developed at the central and local levels. In this article, we tried to reveal the main aspects of the problems that are an obstacle to the modern regulation of the legal framework of the relationship in the legal framework.
