Current information resources for correct determination of reference indicators of valuation objects cost

The author considers issues related to the regulatory framework for assessing the value of real estate. Analyzes the sources of objective information about the cost of reproduction of objects of appraisal, including collections approved in 1969 and 1984, innovations in the system of consolidated regulatory documents in construction and appraisal activities. She pays special attention to methodological and practical issues of assessing objects, taking into account the release of new Aggregated construction price standards compressed in 2020. She comes to the conclusion that the updated compilations published by the Ministry of Construction of Russia may become the basic basis for real estate appraisal.
