Current issues of the agreement of participation in sharing construction of real estate objects

This article reflects current problems of the agreement for participation in shared-equity construction of real estate. An analysis of regulatory legal acts for shared-equity construction of real estate is described, the features, as well as the rights and responsibilities of participants, are considered. This brief analysis, addressed to lawyers, developers and potential home buyers, provides valuable insight into the changing legal environment for shared construction projects in Russia.
