Actual problems of evidence law in the Russian Federation

This article examines the current problems of evidence in the Russian Federation. It touches on the problems associated with the formation of the foundations of the conceptual apparatus and the impact of this gap in the law on the entire system of civil proceedings. In addition, the question is taken into account regarding the establishment of the leading principles of this institution of law, as well as the algorithm for the production of litigation, taking into account these factors.
