Actual problems of the dramatization of cultural and leisure programs

In article the problem of realization of dramaturgic technologies in cultural and leisure programs is staticized. The author, relying on the observations, reveals a number of the contradictions which have developed in practice of activity of cultural institutions, one of which consists in absence at experts of sufficient system knowledge of basic fundamentals of dramatic art and ability them professionally, to apply in technological process of creation of cultural and leisure programs. The author claims that historically established practices of dramatization of forms of cultural and leisure activity have convincingly proved the efficiency in respect of effective disclosure of their contents promoting active perception of these forms by spectator audience. In this regard allocation of actually basic concepts of dramatic art, and also the analysis of their essence and maintenance - action, the drama conflict, an artistic image, a plot, a plot, an intrigue and definition of their functional value in the dramaturgic organization of cultural and leisure programs is important.
