The urgent problems of forming official mutual relations between servicemen under contract in subdivisions of internal troops of Russian MIA are revealed in the article. The reasons of these problems are considered on the basis of sociopsychological researches of morally-psychological situation in the subdivisions of internal troops of Russian MIA.
