Urgent problems of global modernization of radio-electronic means of detection

Бесплатный доступ

Among the previously discussed in Danilov V.N., Nesterov M.M. and Trifanov V.N. works devoted to fundamental restrictions on reception, distribution and emission of signals, practically the most strict restrictions concerned the detection of signals from diverse objects. In the present work the way to solve this problem of detection on the basis of a constructive approach connected with the alternative mathematical apparatus, based not on Gilbert manifold, and on Banach manifold functions in which mathematical and physical models for a mix signal+noise are constructed is formulated. The key moments of this approach are the usage of mathematical bending around the detected fluctuations, and secondary timebased averaging on an interval between two next points of minima of the analyzed fluctuations. The offered methods of the constructive detecting allow to receive a prize in a noise stability on the basis of Neumann-Pirson criterion not less than 6 dB without restrictions.
