Actual problems of state regulation in the field of land relations and their solution

Currently, some problems of state regulation in the field of land relations remain unresolved in Russia. The analysis of the current Russian legislation, as well as its recent changes, made it possible to identify several of the most pressing problems arising in the implementation of state regulation of land relations, as well as to develop the most effective ways to solve them. Due to the fact that the issue of increasing the effectiveness of state regulation in the field of land relations is relevant today, this article discusses the problems associated with the legal regulation of agricultural land plots; legal regulation in the field of sales of land plots owned by the state or municipal property, as well as legal regulation in the field of land provision for gardening, gardening and suburban construction.
