Actual problems of the institute of advocacy in the Russian Federation

This article formulates and analyzes the main problems faced by the legal profession at the present stage. Ways of solving these problems are proposed. The main results of the study were the conclusions and suggestions of the authors: firstly, every year there is an increase in problems in the legal profession, which impede the performance of the basic functions by the bar, and secondly, for the development of the institute of the bar in the Russian Federation, it is necessary for the state at the legislative level to think over effective defense tools for lawyers.
