Actual problems of classification of human and civil rights and freedoms in the Russian Federation

The study of issues related to the normative consolidation of the fundamental rights and freedoms of man and citizen is one of the dominant areas of modern legal science and, of course, contributes to raising the level of legal awareness and legal culture in society. The authors, analyzing the scientific literature, the norms of international law and national legislation, considering various criteria for the classification of constitutional rights and freedoms of Russian citizens, substantiate the conclusion that it is advisable to focus on such criteria of the above classification as the content of rights and freedoms, as well as the possibility of lawful restriction.
