Actual problems of defining collectivism as a traditional spiritual and moral value in the legal policy of the Russian Federation

The author studies collectivism as Russian traditional value, which will allow to specify state and legal policy, distinguish between historical and modern understanding of collectivism. The relevant strategic planning documents and by-laws are analyzed, it is established that the understanding of collectivism follows from the principle of community, taking into account the benefits of Russian civil society and opposition to individualism, which should be reflected in Russian legislation.
