Actual problems of the employee exercising the right to labor honor and dignity

The article discusses the norms of Russian legislation on the protection of the honor and dignity of citizens in labor relations. Attention is drawn to the problems of judicial protection of workers in cases of violation of labor honor. Proposals are being made to resolve some conflict issues related to the protection and realization of the employee's right to honor and dignity.
