Actual problems of legal regulation of administrative responsibility in the Russian Federation

The article considers two types of regulation of administrative responsibility: regulatory and individual. The author identifies their characteristic features and compares them. The regulatory framework of the Russian Federation is analyzed, through which the legal nature of the division of regulation of administrative responsibility becomes clear. A comparative legal analysis is also provided in the field under consideration, using the example of countries such as the Republic of India and the Republic of Belarus. The author highlights problematic issues and suggests ways to resolve them.
