Current issues of legal socialization of minors

This article examines the current problems of legal socialization of minors in educational institutions. Information openness has brought the pedagogical community into the Internet space, made the network an educational tool. But the lack of experience of actions in this space in both children and their parents provokes offenses based on legal infantilism or nihilism of minors, which requires the pedagogical community to develop new technologies of education to solve urgent problems in the formation of a sustainable educational process. Modern state policy in the field of education has changed the vector of interests from individual to public, thus making legal socialization one of the strategic directions of the development of Russian society and the state. And the introduction of a unified educational standard and the expansion of the range of subjects of education in schools and colleges has a positive effect on the sustainability of the educational environment in schools.
