Current problems of prevention, disclosure and investigation of terrorist act

Gaps in the existing legislation and a complicated legal norm contributed to the emergence of difficulties in qualifying a terrorist act (Article 205 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). In this regard, the article pays great attention to the complexity of the qualification of this type of crime and its differentiation from related compounds. The article clarifies what is the main (public safety) and what is an additional object of the type of crime under consideration (life, health of citizens and (or) property belonging to them.
