Actual problems of search and seizure in the context of ensuring the security of the rights of participants in criminal proceedings

The article deals with certain issues of law enforcement practice of search and seizure, as well as some legislative problems of the production of investigative data. A number of author's proposals are presented to eliminate legislative gaps related to criminal procedural and organizational-legal aspects of seizure and search.
