The article determines the topical problems of developing speaking skills a foreign language in the process of education in a higher educational institution. The research of numerous foreign works made it possible to analyze the professionally oriented teaching`s development of a foreign language abroad, to study its international role in the trade, to trace the growth, from the necessary learning of technical vocabulary and grammatical knowledge`s lack to literary translation with a rich vocabulary.The work provides a theoretical fragmentary analysis of domestic and foreign works, which allows us to draw a conclusion about the real shortcomings in the educational system, which has a significant impact on the language professional training of students. The article proposes methods for enhancing the language professional students` training, as well as improving teachers` skills in the development of digital technologies. In conclusion, the study summarizes, future prospects for the professional the English language`s development are formed from the point of view of raising the educational level of the Russian Federation in all areas of specialization in connection with the goal`s achievement: to produce highly qualified specialists from higher educational institutions not only in their profession, but also with a foreign language`s high level to expand their professional capabilities.
