Actual problems of the implementation of the right to disseminate information about public events on the "Internet"

The article examines the essence of the constitutional rights to hold and participate in meetings, as well as to receive and disseminate information in ways not prohibited by law, through the prism of information and technical means that form the basis of the digital space. The features of the dissemination of information about public events on the Internet are disclosed, the discussion issues arising on this basis are presented, and measures to neutralize these problems are proposed.
