Current problems of regulating tourist services in the Russian Federation

The article considers the current legislation regulating tourist activities in the Russian Federation. The main amendments and trends in the development of current legislation in tourism activities were considered. The author identified some unresolved problems of legal regulation of relations in the field of tourism and concluded that it is necessary to further improve the current legislation in this industry.
