Actual problems of improving budget legislation

In this paper, attention is focused on the fact that in modern life budget policy is the most important instrument of financial regulation of the development of the Russian economy. Determining the priorities of budget expenditures and changing budget legislation is becoming particularly relevant at the present time. The article highlights the main problems of budget legislation, which consist in the insufficient development of inter-budgetary relations affecting the development of regions, examines the mechanism of relations between the center and the regions, and also touches on the issues of improving regional budgets. In addition, the scientific work also mentions problems in the field of budget offenses and regulation of liability for violation of budget legislation. The main ways of development of the state budget policy are outlined, one of which is directly the improvement of the budget legislation of the Russian Federation.
