Actual problems of modern medical law in Russia

The article deals with issues related to a relatively new direction in the theory of law - medical law. The choice of this topic is relevant because in the theory of the state of law, this branch has not yet been studied enough and there are frequent collisions during court proceedings due to problems related to the evidence base. The paper analyzes the main contradictions and problems in the implementation of medical care, and also offers solutions for the current situation. At the same time, special attention is paid to the legal basis for ensuring the rights to free medical care.
