Current problems of entry of the prosecutor into the process for giving an opinion on a civil case

This article is devoted to the analysis of the procedural form of participation of the prosecutor in civil proceedings by entering into the process to give an opinion on the case. Particular attention is paid to the expediency of such participation. The author makes a conclusion about the further improvement of this institution as a whole. This topic is relevant in the modern world, scientific literature on a given problem is being studied, as well as practical domestic experience.
