Current issues of administrative-legal regulation of state policy in the field of labor migration in the Kyrgyz Republic

Labor migration in the Kyrgyz Republic is one of the important factors of social development. Employment of a significant part of the population abroad has a direct impact on the socioeconomic situation of the state. In these conditions, the administrative-legal regulation of state policy in the field of labor migration is among the particularly relevant issues. The article analyzes the legal foundations of labor migration, the powers of state bodies, and mechanisms for protecting the rights of migrants. It also examines international experience and legal instruments adapted to the conditions of Kyrgyzstan. The study addresses issues of regulating migration processes, shortcomings of legislation, and proposals for their improvement. The author highlights the main directions of state policy, including measures for the social protection of migrants, informational support, and strengthening international cooperation. The results of this study will contribute to the improvement of the legal framework for labor migration and the enhancement of state governance practices.
