Topical issues in the research of electoral absenteism in the first half of 2020 in the context social dimension

The article presents the author's assessment of the research model of the perception by the domestic electorate of new voting technologies, «setting the rhythm» to the peculiarities of the manifestation of the phenomenon of electoral absenteeism. The author adheres to a hypothesis that boils down to identifying the causes of electoral absenteeism, one of the sources of which is the insufficient level of legal knowledge of citizens included in the corps of voters.
