This article is devoted to a comprehensive study of the process of ensuring the rights and freedoms of man and citizen by law enforcement agencies in the context of the introduction of special legal regimes. The article identifies and analyzes the problems existing in this area, and also suggests ways to improve the mechanism for ensuring the rights and freedoms of man and citizen in the context of the introduction of special legal regimes.
