Topical issues of electronic technologies blockchains and cryptocurrencies in the context of safety of national economy modern constitutional state

Technologies of data exchange and electronic trading in are very useful and interesting element of public life today. Often these tools, existing technically, are not regulated or are not enshrined standardly in precepts of law and the legislation of the state. As a result, subjects of legal relationship can face problems of protection of the civil rights and ownership rights, in connection with transfer of a part of property instead of received tokens, cryptocurrencies, smart contracts and their parts. Results of a research of this sphere with the indication of state important problems requiring solutions and examples of modern Russian practice for protection of the rights of the state, society and the person are presented in article.
