Current issues of legal regulation of foreclosure on digital currency

This article examines the results of the author's study of the existing approach of legislative authorities and judicial authorities to the issue of regulating disputes arising in connection with foreclosure on digital currency. The prospects and problems of regulating this issue are outlined, primarily related to the lack of a legislative settlement of the issue of circulation of digital currency, which allows ensuring full respect for the interests of participants in civil turnover.
