Current issues of the use of correction means of convicts serving imprisonment for committing crimes against minors in the context of the implementation of the probation system

The article discusses the author’s vision of the prospects for the beginning of the functioning of the probation system in the Russian Federation, reveals the features of the resocialization of persons in modern conditions. Proposals are formulated and substantiated for the implementation of means of correction of convicts serving imprisonment for committing crimes against minors, in the context of the implementation of the probation system. Conclusions are formulated about the need for further development of the probation system, which is currently only actively being formed.
