Until recently management science had been developing in parallel with economic disciplines, focusing on the received results. However, in the late 20th century it stated claiming a leading role in all economic, administrative and legal sciences. However, the separation of the economic management process from the objective nature of economic development laws has caused several crises that show that the management process can not develop in isolation from the economy. The validity and reliability of this conclusion clearly follows from the structural classification of managerial decisions proposed by the author. This work suggests that the general classification of managerial decisions require just 2 types of management - industrial and functional, as well as their combination, corresponding to the concrete conditions of production. At the same time, all subjects of management are focused on a production level, acting directly with the production and technical management objects in the production process, which results, first, have a direct impact on the management subjects that retain, modify or change management objectives and through them management types. They together again influence the production and technical management objects and the production process. According to the proposed classification, the company, on the one hand, is the main element, including all types and forms of managerial decisions, and that is why, on the other hand, is the key link in the economy, carrying the burden of “popular” and “unpopular” decisions of all three branches of government and all levels of management of the economy.
