Topical issues of procedural regulation of partial rehabilitation

This article discusses the problems of regulation of partial rehabilitation and compensation for property damage. The main problems arising during compensation for property damage in the criminal process are formulated. Revealed the need to consolidate the concept of "partial rehabilitation", as well as the introduction of additional clarifications in terms of compensation for property damage, including with partial rehabilitation.
