Topical issues of professional rehabilitation people with disabilities and evaluate its effectiveness

The data of the study of the development and implementation of professional rehabilitation of the disabled in St. Petersburg, including arrangements for professional education, topical issues of interdepartmental cooperation between the institution of medico-social examination (MSE) and Executive bodies in the sphere of education and employment of St. Petersburg provided effective from 01.01.2016 to the changes in law in the field of social protection of invalids in the Russian Federation in connection with ratification of the Convention on the rights of persons with disabilities. Provides information on needs of persons with disabilities St. Petersburg in the activities of professional rehabilitation, and also assessed the implementation and effectiveness of these rehabilitation measures in accordance with the individual rehabilitation program of disabled person. Analyzed the organizational and legal problems of interdepartmental interaction of institutions and organizations of St. Petersburg, employed in the system of vocational rehabilitation of the disabled at the present stage.
