Topical issues of countering bribery in the customs sphere

This article examines examples of corruption manifestations in the customs authorities, causes, conditions and factors that contribute to the manifestation of corruption in the customs sphere, as well as analyzes the legislation and the state of corruption in the relevant area. Based on the data obtained, anti-corruption measures in the field of customs are proposed, taking into account foreign experience and the experience of our country.
