Topical issues of the development of the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation

Recently, the Arctic zone has been a clear economic interest of many countries, undoubtedly associated with huge reserves of mineral resources. For Russia, the development of this region is not only an issue of economic importance, but also related to national security. The article deals with the issues of active development and innovative development of the Arctic territories
