Topical issues of the development of the institution of arbitration courts in the Russian Federation

The presented scientific research examines a fairly topical, today, topic devoted to a detailed study and analysis of the most pressing issues of the development of the institution of arbitration courts in the Russian Federation. The author pays quite a lot of attention to the essence of alternative dispute resolution procedures. At the same time, special attention is paid to arbitration proceedings, which to the greatest extent ensures the fundamental and effective protection of the rights and legitimate interests of a person and a citizen. At the same time, the work focuses on considering some problematic aspects that are present in the procedural and legal institute of arbitration. This scientific article provides for several author's proposals aimed not only at resolving the presented problematic aspects, but also at improving and subsequent development of domestic arbitration proceedings.
