Current issues of witness immunity in Russian civil proceedings

The present paper deals with the current topic of practical implementation of witness immunity in the framework of modern civil proceedings. The author examines the essence and legal content of this procedural institution in sufficient detail, studies its classification and individual types, and analyzes the positions of various legal experts. At the same time, this article contains suggestions for improving the institution of witness immunity.
