Urgent issues of medical control and prognosis of coronary pathology risk for qualified sportsmen

The parameters of variability of cardiac rhythm (VCR) of 315 clinically healthy qualified sportsmen of 19,68 ±0,74 years (180 (57 %) are boys and 135 (43 %) are girls) divided according to the "Health" indicator and results of pharmacological inhalation test with selective beta2-agonists of short action are studied. The clinical and functional interactions revealed at cardiological patients allow to regard the discovered changes in VCR parameters as the warning markers of coronary pathology at the qualified sportsmen.
