Actual aspects of secondary prophylaxis in patients with comlicated arterial hypertension

Aim: to reveal problems of secondary prophylaxis of arterial hypertension complications. We analyzed histories of case of patients with malignant hypertension and hypertension, complicated by stroke at the за 3,5 years. Screening reveals some gaps in prevention and secondary prophylaxis of arterial hypertension. Malignant hypertension and stroke in patients with hypertension is not rare pathology in this hospital. Some patients, unfortunately, do not keep prescribes and hospitalize again and again.
