Obstetric bleeding. Analysis of the causes of bleeding on the basis of GPC

The article describes the analysis of the causes of obstetric bleeding on the basis of the city perinatal Center of Ulan-Ude. The relevance of this topic is that for a long period of obstetric bleeding, as a cause of maternal morbidity and mortality, is one of the leading places in the world. According to who, there are 14 000 000 postpartum haemorrhages per year in the world, of which 120 000-140 000 are fatal and 2 000 000 end maternal morbidity. Most-up to 80% of maternal deaths from direct causes are preventable with timely and correct care. First of all, this applies to maternal mortality from bleeding. The analysis with the treatment of the material for a group of women with bleeding revealed features in the importance of certain risk factors.
