The algorithm of formation and implementation of the strategy of managed development of corporate associations of industrial enterprises on the example public joint stock company "Ufa motor-building industrial association"

The article deals with the development of an algorithm for the controlled development of Russian industrial enterprises and their corporate associations. The universal nature of the step-by-step algorithm of strategy formation, which is applicable in the practical activities of industrial business entities for the implementation of the goals and objectives of managed development at the meso-and macro-levels, is justified. The study of production activities and the system of strategic planning and management of the development of a particular industrial corporation is carried out. It is concluded that the directions of improving the corporation's strategic management system correspond to the stages reflected in the proposed algorithm for forming a managed development strategy.
