The article is concerned with one of the tasks of management of geographically related socio-economic systems. When making managerial decisions, both spatio-temporal data characterizing the functioning of the studied systems at a certain time interval and a given geographical location are taken into account, as well as evaluation of the significance of the main system objects in interaction with the control center and related systems. Management cycles aimed at resource-effective interaction distribution volumes and increase in the significance level of the main system objects are specified. Intelligent decision making support is based on the use of structured GIS-oriented spatio-temporal information for the prognostic and optimization models building. The latter allow developing intelligent support algorithms within the framework of the management problem under consideration, combining randomized schemes for capturing the solution of the discrete optimization problem and expert estimates obtained by a priori ranking method. As a result, many functioning indicators are stated, the improvement of the values of which leads to an increase in the significance of the main system object.
