Legal algorithmization and principles of law

Algorithms, being the core of software products, play a major role in modern technological world and permeate all spheres of social life. The paper notes the relevance of algorithmization of various systems, objects, phenomena and processes in social life. Law, following social relations, evolves with them. The juridical nature rules as well as the technological and political factors of modernity are leading to a tendency towards of legal algorithmization. Since algorithms have their own distinct characteristics and properties, the algorithmization process can have a systemic impact on Law, including the principles of Law. Algorithmization of justice principles can change meaningfully, have a formal (algorithmic) expression and change its position in the system of legal principles.
